Fruit waxes

Orange peel wax is a soft orange vegetable wax obtained from the rind of the orange fruit. Composition and consistency are similar to lanolin. Orange peel wax consists of a complex mixture of special esters, free fatty acids, hydrocarbons, free phytosterols and free alcohols. Minor components in this wax are well known for their anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and sunscreen properties.

Fruit Peel Wax is a fruit wax derived from the berries of the Rhus succedanea tree. Its composition is mainly of C16-C1B fatty acids glycerides. Due to the chemical structure of Fruit Peel Wax, it can modify formula 's sensorial by providing very soft textures, it can be a pay-off enhancer for sticks and pencils and it can improve significantly sensory characteristics of O/W emulsions.
