Procedure
- 1 In a clean and sanitized mixing vessel large enough to contain all ingredients weigh out first ingredient and begin propeller mixing. Heat batch slightly (40-45ºC) if necessary to fully liquify ingredient.
- 2 Continue mixing and add remaining Phase A ingredients in batch card order, allowing each ingredient to mix until uniform before proceeding. (2-3 minutes in between addition)
- 3 Continue mixing and slowly add Phase B, Essential Oil blend, and allow batch to mix for an additional 5 minutes after addition.
- 4 Check specs at room temperature then fill in appropriate containers/ components.
